Incrementors Website Audit

Privacy Policy

Effective 28 October 2026

Who we are

Incrementors Website Audit ("the service") is a connector for Claude, operated by Incrementors (incrementors.com). It audits websites for SEO, AEO, GEO, technical health, structured data, conversions and content, and can optionally add your own Google Search Console and Google Analytics data to the results. This policy explains what data the service collects, how it is used and the choices you have.

Website audits

When you ask Claude to audit a website, the service fetches publicly available pages of that website (and its robots.txt, sitemaps and llms.txt) and analyzes them. The results are returned to your Claude conversation. We keep a short record of each audit: the domain, which check ran, the scores, how many issues were found at each level, and the date.

Signing in when you add the connector

When you add the connector you can sign in with Google or continue without Google. If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address of the Google account you choose. We store that email, whether you granted Search Console or Google Analytics access, and when you first and last used the connector. Without Google we keep an anonymous record with the same dates. We also record usage steps such as running an audit, preparing or publishing fixes, and asking to talk to an expert.

Incrementors uses this to run and improve the service, and may contact you at that email about your audit results or the service. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to systems@incrementors.com.

Google user data

Connecting Google is optional. If you connect it, the service requests these permissions:

  • Your email address (openid, email): to identify your account and show which Google account is connected.
  • Search Console, read-only (webmasters.readonly): to read your Search Console properties, search performance (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and position) and URL inspection results.
  • Google Analytics, read-only (analytics.readonly): to read your Analytics accounts and properties, the web data streams that link a property to your website, and reports such as sessions, engagement, traffic sources, landing pages and key events.

How we use it. Search Console and Analytics data is read only when you ask Claude for an audit or analysis, and only to show you the results in your Claude conversation: your search and traffic numbers, which issues affect your visibility and traffic, and which fixes to prioritize. The service can never change anything in your Google account.

What we store. We do not store your Search Console or Analytics data. We store only the access tokens Google issues, encrypted (AES-256-GCM), so the service can read your data when you ask. Audit records for checks that used your Search Console data keep only the domain and the check name, not scores or findings derived from Google data.

Who sees it. Nobody at Incrementors reads your Search Console or Analytics data, except when you ask us to help with specific data or when needed for security or to comply with the law. We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build or train general AI models.

Incrementors Website Audit's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Website connections

If you connect a WordPress site so approved fixes can be published, you enter an application password on a secure page (never in the chat). It is encrypted, kept for up to 30 days and used only to publish the changes you approve. You can disconnect at any time, or revoke the application password in WordPress.

Service providers

The service runs on Cloudflare, and its database is hosted by Lovable Cloud (Supabase). Results you ask for are sent to your own Claude conversation, which Anthropic processes under its own terms. These providers process data only to run the service. We do not sell personal data.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Google tokens and website passwords are encrypted at rest, and the admin dashboard is limited to authorized Incrementors staff.

Retention and deletion

  • Google access tokens are deleted when you disconnect Google (ask Claude to disconnect Google) and expire after 30 days without use. You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Connector sign-ins expire after 90 days without use. Website connections expire after 30 days.
  • Account and usage records are kept until you ask us to delete them. Email systems@incrementors.com from the address you signed in with and we will delete them.

Children

The service is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
